Mpho Buti Maifadi

Mpho Buti Maifadi is a professional choreographer, dancer, actor, model, personal trainer and theatre practitioner, and creative director for fashion shows.

He has thirteen years in the performance art industry as an international performer. Mpho is the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and Creative Director at SAFE (South African Freelancing Excellence). He grew up in Hammanskraal, Lephenvile. Currently based in Pretoria, Montana. Mpho made known he chose to come to be his industry because they are no jobs in the entertainment industry. He's urging people who commenced their businesses to always be intense and modest.

Mpho believes that trepidation and suspicion are power for him to grind down all the challenges. He's inhaling and exhaling a healthful lifestyle in his daily routines. He said he goes to the gym and reads books. However, he puts together a lot of research to grow his businesses. Mpho has the eyesight to collaborate with big brands overseas in five to Ten years to come. Mpho declared his business looks distinguishable currently, drawing a parallel between when he first started. He said it has carried out a lot of events successfully. He's kept company with other businesses.

Mpho set his business apart from others in the industry because his business it's very unique and versatile course and they have a lot of departments inside. Mpho spoke out he did door-to-door marketing of his business when it was a brand new company for him to get recognized. He said, "The hardest part of being an entrepreneur is taking a risk and being responsible for paying employees."Mpho sounded off his favorite part of being an entrepreneur is to be successful and travel the world. He said the qualities he believes every entrepreneur should possess are skill development, self-respect, and good qualifications.Mpho started working at the car wash, therefore sold sweets at school. Amazingly, that's how he had grown personally from being an entrepreneur. He said his biggest learning experiences in running a business are to be humble, take full responsibility for employees, and accept challenges.

Mpho is looking for a hard worker, a creative-minded person, and a born-talented employee when outsourcing or hiring. He said he will never compromise with his business by dating or having a relationship with his employees for the sake of business status.
